ROLE OVERVIEW:

Position: Logistics coordinator

Location: Novi Senkovac (Slatina), Croatia

Responsibilities:

• Transportation planning and monitoring: Organizing and monitoring the transportation of goods. This includes coordination with freight forwarders, courier services, and other partners.

• Inventory management: Monitoring inventory levels, tracking inventory movements, managing orders, and ensuring stock availability.

• Coordination with customers: Maintaining customer relationships, tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and optimizing the supply chain.

• Cost optimization: Monitoring and controlling logistics-related costs, including transportation costs, storage, and other logistic services.

• Performance tracking and analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators of the logistics chain, identifying efficiency, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Report preparation: Compiling regular reports on supply chain performance and other relevant parameters for management.

• Document management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including customs documents, invoices, contracts, and other logistical data.

• Regulatory compliance monitoring: Maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Good knowledge of MS Office package
• Personal integrity, with the initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence
• Fluency in English language (verbal & written)
